Ingredients

  • 5 lbs chicken breast

  • 1 24oz bottle of Olive Garden Italian Dressing

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 package of pasta of your choice. I used Barilla Classic Farfalle Pasta, 16 oz

Directions

  • Dump a cup of Olive Garden dressing in the Instant Pot.
  • Add the chicken breasts on top.
  • Drizzle the rest of the bottle of dressing over the chicken.
  • Seal the lid and select the manual setting and set for 15 minutes.
  • Start boiling your pasta.
  • After the timer on the instant pot, wait about 5 minutes, then release the pressure. Open the lid.
  • Shred the chicken and put it back in the sauce.
  • stir my boiled pasta into the sauce and chicken, but you could top the pasta with it as well.
